Designed by Apollon International Connections, the Cyprus International Food Festival strives to showcase the diverse kitchens in Cyprus – a crossroad of cultures from the Mediterranean, Middle East, Europe and with links to the Far East.
The Cyprus International Food Festival is under the auspices of Yiorgos Lakkotrypis, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.
The festival is divided into 2 parts. The first, is a 2-Day Festival on November 12 and 13, 2016 in Nicosia. There will be international chefs preparing special dishes for the public to taste, as well as an entire wine tasting area, Bavarian deli, Coffee and lots of Street Food such as Mexican, Chinese, Pizza, Gourmet Gyros, Thai, Korean, Burgers, Pizza and lots of chocolate. In addition to vendors, there will also be an art and book exhibition.
The second part is the Restaurant Month. It begins from 14 November 2016 and continues until 12 December across all of Cyprus. Participating restaurants and wineries will offer local and international food lovers menus, which will only be available during the festival on specific days.
